Реставрация Сорокской крепости – Этап II
Objective:
The project aimed to preserve and restore the Soroca Fortress, one of Moldova's most iconic historical landmarks. Built in the 15th century, the fortress is a symbol of the country’s medieval history and a significant cultural heritage site. The restoration works were focused on maintaining the structural integrity of the fortress and ensuring its long-term preservation as a cultural and tourist destination.
Work Performed:
The restoration included thorough cleaning of the joints between the fortress’s stones to remove accumulated dirt and erosion residues. The casemates (underground chambers) were carefully restored to preserve their historical authenticity and improve their structural stability. Additionally, specialized solutions were applied to the fortress walls to ensure long-term conservation and protection from environmental factors such as moisture and temperature fluctuations.
- Connection of the village Răduleni-Vechi, Florești district, to the Bălți-Soroca pipeline and the local water supply and sewerage networks.
Renovation of the B1 Building of the “Romanita” Kindergarten in Gangura, Ialoveni District
The project aimed to perform a complete renovation of the B1 building of the “Romanita” kindergarten in the commune of Gangura, Ialoveni district. The goal was to provide a safe, modern, and comfortable environment for children and staff, ensuring optimal conditions for education and development.
Museum of History and Ethnography in Soroca, Moldova
- Rehabilitation of the museum within the project “Valorization of the historical and cultural heritage of the northern development region”
- Restoration, consolidation, and reconstruction of Block No. 2 of the A. Pușkin House Museum in Chișinău.

- Repair works of the SCT Soroca building under the Public Services Agency (ASP);
- Renovation of offices within BC “Moldindconbank” S.A.
National Museum of Ethnography and Natural History in Chișinău – titanium zinc roof RHEINZINK
- Restoration and execution of the titanium zinc roof – RHEINZINK.
- Repair of interior and exterior facades. Installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Installation of power and lighting electrical equipment (indoor and outdoor). Fire and security alarm systems – all within the framework of the restoration of the A. Pușkin House Museum in Chișinău.
Cooperation with the Alliance for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy within the project
- Partial thermal insulation of the "Dimitrie Cantemir" Lyceum in the city of Cantemir, Republic of Moldova;
- External thermal insulation works of the "Mihai Eminescu" Gymnasium and associated works in the city of Cantemir, Republic of Moldova;
- External thermal insulation works of the kindergarten in the city of Cantemir, Republic of Moldova.
Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings
- Theoretical Lyceum “Liviu Deleanu” – Thermal insulation works on the facade (exterior walls, plinth) and finishing with composite material – etalbond.
- Repair and renovation works of the offices in the building of the “State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI)” of the Republic of Moldova.
Development of the Historical and Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Moldova
- Rehabilitation of the “National Museum of History” in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, through the complete restoration of the titanium zinc roof – RHEINZINK.
Projects in the period 2013-2014
- IS Cadastru – Repair works at the branches in Cantemir, Cahul, Ocnița, Republic of Moldova;
- Renovation of the roof at “A. Pușkin Theoretical Lyceum,” Soroca;
- Roof repair of the Surgical Block at IMSP “A. Prisăcari”;
- Construction of the water supply system in Greblești, Republic of Moldova;
- Modernization and equipping of the repair block at IMSP “Arhanghelul Mihail”;
- Construction of water supply and sewerage networks in Rădulenii-Vechi, Republic of Moldova;
- Roof repair of the Surgical Block at IMSP “A. Prisăcari” – Phase II;

Cultural Center in Vadul lui Vodă
- A project we are proud of, which contributed to the development of culture, is the “Capital Construction of the Cultural Center in Vadul lui Vodă,” Republic of Moldova.

- Construction of the “Solid Waste Landfill in the city of Telenești,” in cooperation with the Regional Development Agency Center;
- Repair works of the gymnasium in Bursuc, Nisporeni;
- Construction of the Oil Dam – ICS “RED UNION FENOSA” S.A.
Cooperation with the OSCE Mission in Moldova
- As part of our collaboration with the OSCE Mission in Moldova, we carried out repair and renovation works on the roofs of ammunition storage units in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.

- Completion of a residential building with 32 apartments in Varnița (Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova).
Shopping Malldova & Pro Credit Bank
- We participated in the construction of the first shopping mall in the Republic of Moldova, Shopping Malldova, carrying out various types of works.
- In 2009, we also began construction and renovation works of an office nature in the banking sector, specifically in the branches of Pro Credit Bank in the Republic of Moldova.
We continued our collaboration with the Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova, performing construction works at the Sculeni Customs Office.
Cooperation with the United Nations Children's Fund – UNICEF
A new year, a new important collaboration! This time, we contributed to the renovation of the Boarding Gymnasium for children in Cărpineni, Republic of Moldova.

“Lactalis - Alba” Cheese Factory
The year 2006 began with a new constructive and long-term collaboration with the company “Lactalis Alba” S.A., for which we built the Cheese Factory in Soroca.

Cooperation with the Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova
We have started a new collaboration, this time with the Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova, rebuilding and bringing back to life the Customs Office in Ungheni.

Chisinau International Airport
- In 2002-2003, we also made a significant contribution to the development of the Chisinau International Airport, through the capital construction of the VIP hall and the reconstruction of the Official Delegations hall.
At the same time, in the Cristești commune of the Nisporeni district, also with the support of the DDC, our team supplied the commune's residents with a water supply system, sewage and a wastewater treatment plant.
Bakery Factory No. 4 of the company JSC "Franzeluța"
As part of the collaboration with S.A. Franzeluța, we reconstructed the company's Bakery Factory No. 4.
Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation for the Republic of Moldova (SDC)
A particularly important, beautiful and beneficial collaboration for the Republic of Moldova and its citizens. Within this framework, we created projects of major importance for various social and economic branches:
- Reconstruction of the Psychoneurological Hospital in Cocieri, Republic of Moldova
